The moon lit the night sky

with the most glorious shine.

I watched it from my window.

I watched as the stars came out to play

Little stars adding colour to the moon

Little stars which reminded me of the past.

Holding back my tears,

I watched in silence

as they twinkled as brightly as eva..

I slumped on my bed

Outstretch my legs

and watch the sky again..

Of all the stars, one twinkled the brightest

as if it was smiling down at me.

It was indeed smiling at me

Reminding me of all the times i spent wid him

all the times i was so alone and how he kept me close..

It all seemed like history

As Im living in the present

Unaware of wad the future holds for me.

I was about to doze off when

I suddenly had this urge to look out my window

I dunno if it was a dream,

but i saw him standing near my porch.

I ran down

yanked open the door

but....

No one was at the door.

I looked around to see if he was hiding

No...

I went up to my room..

I sat down hugging my knees

Looking up at the sky

and began to realize he was

NO longer here with me

He is now sleeping on GOD's lap..

dreaming of me..

I wiped the last tear

which evolved from my eyes

and went back to sleep..
